I am an International Lawyer with 20 years of advisory and litigation experience. I am operating my own law firm, namely, S&S Law Associates which was established in 2014. I am also the Chairperson of three committees of Islamabad High Court Bar, on Legal Awareness, International Law and Capacity Building of Lawyers. I am Advisor to the International Dispute Resolution Institute of Pakistan and work actively in ADR & Mediation matters. I am regularly assisting and working with Justices of the Lahore High Court, on matters of legal research and development. As the Founding Partner of S&S Law Associates, I bring to the firm an outstanding academic background and two decades of legal experience providing legal advise & consultation to individual clients, corporations, government and international organisations. I hold an Advanced LLM from the Geneva Academy, a LLB Honours Degree from UK, a Diploma in Law from Italy and a MBA degree from Pakistan. I have a particular specialization in Commercial Litigation, Energy & Environment Laws, International Agreements/Contracts, Regulatory Laws, Family matters and Public International Laws.S&S Law Associates is a full service Law Firm, which provides legal advisory services to clients inside Pakistan as well as those in the UAE, Saudi Arab, UK and Australia. As Senior & Founding partner of the firm I hold important legal advisory positions with the UAE Embassy, the Saudi Embassy, the Brazil Embassy in Pakistan, numerous government ministries and corporate houses.Previously I have held significant legal positions in international development organizations such as the the UNHCR and UNAIDS. I have also held leadership roles as a Head of Legal at the Federal Ombudsman Secretariat and the ICRC. My expertise in the Energy sector is drawn from my experience as Legal Advisor to the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority of Pakistan and later as a Legal Expert on the UKNIAF (UKs Nigeria Infrastructure Advisory Facility) project of UKAID.I am a faculty member of three higher institutes of legal education and have been teaching International law, international affairs, human rights law and humanitarian law at an advanced level for almost a decade.  I am the author of an research in the area of juvenile justice in Pakistan presented to the Geneva Academy and Former UN Special Rapporteur on Torture, Prof.Nils Melzer.I am well travelled and have lived in seven countries. I am fluent in English and Urdu.
