The process is now seamless, reduced duplication of work and required follow-ups to a single click, allows for transparency in reporting and enables credit extensions conversations at an executive level.- Developed Credit Card Usage & Requisition Process: identified high waste usage and theft from the company credit cards. Developed and implemented a requisition process that requires 3 quotations to be submitted and sign-off. Process eliminated the negligent use.- Fleet Card Management: designed a register for the sign-out of fleet cards for monitoring and tracking of expenses and movement associated with all 16 vehicles in the fleet.
