Created a future in-stock view at the product level, integrating incoming POs to aid the commercial team in proactive order placement, resulting in a 12% reduction in out-of-stock instances across the portfolio.Transformed the online retail presence by establishing Shopify stores for the US, Pan-EU, and UK markets, effectively listing over 70,000 products. Spearheaded product listings across various sales channels, ensuring maximum exposure and revenue generation. Implemented streamlined order flow management systems for sales channels, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction, and reducing the lead time from 72 hours to less than 24 hours. Skilfully addressed inactive and search-suppressed listings on Amazon, reinvigorating sales and enhancing brand visibility, resulting in a notable increase of 5% in TTM Revenue. Successfully executed the seamless integration of the entire Amazon catalogue for the company, resulting in a significant reduction of 70 man-hours per week.
