I optimized the inventory turnover ratio for over 1KT of production by identifying the Economic Order Quantity, leading to more efficient operations. Additionally, I evaluated safety inventory and implemented cost optimization strategies to ensure consistent product availability during lead times.

I led a team of 25 engineers to successfully complete a significant project, which included setting up a new 0.43 MTPA unit. By applying process flow optimization, I improved the project lead time over three months with 10 team members. I also managed the allocation of 10% of resources across 10 contractors over four quarters for optimal capacity utilization. Additionally, I utilized burnout charts with over seven team members across two divisions to effectively manage workloads and track progress.

Project topic - "Washability study on non-coking Indian Coals". Conducted deep analysis which includes proximate analysis and studied the Washability characteristics with different agents ie Benzene and water. This paper was published in Google Scholar under my guide Prof. Pradip Chowdhury.

Project titled as " Progressive vs Conventional Distillation". It involved the comparison of progressive distillation applied to crude fractionation against conventional distillation. The study was based on statistical analysis on data collected from various sources.

By collaborating with the marketing team, I secured five additional customers through careful evaluation of customer acquisition costs. Additionally, I identified over three strategic partnerships by improving customer relationship management, strengthening overall business growth.
