• Create, manage and monitor rules and also progress of operation on Maintenance Dept. to meet a demand SLA by customer
• Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control of performance engineer for day to day operation on Maintenance Dept. as a KPI
• Manage and monitoring schedule of all engineer by Asst. Manager for periodically Preventive Maintenance
• Manage and monitoring schedule of all engineer by Asst. Manager for day to day operation
• Create and manage Maintenance progress for all of maintenance customer
• Trace root management problem on maintenance customer by phone, email, or arrange meeting to directly discuss with the customer

• Receive request or trouble from user at PT. TELKOM RisTI as Helpdesk INFO by phone, mail or direct (as a “portal helpdesk”)
• Find the root cause of the trouble and classified the trouble/request in three sub division which is Infrastructure, Application or Technical Support
• Try to solved the problem/request, or transferred/forwarded the problem, by coordinate to what sub division is classified (if it’s about “Back End” sides)
• Handle request/ problem from sub division Infrastructure such as make connection to the hub/switch/from patch panel, make connection to the Access Point for wireless, make dial up connection by modem or even by.
• Handle request/ problem from sub division Application such as create user network for domain or create account mail user (ADS), can configure Exchange, Fax, File, Cdrom Server, Symantec Nav/Trend Micro Server, FTP.
• And directly involved to troubleshot that on site needed for VIP user and try to solve it as Technical Support, such as check network connection, hardware; build, install and configure computer, try to troubleshoot.
