• Partnering with BMO’s Technology team and a third party software marketing vendor, coordinated efforts with Sales and Solution Delivery teams to begin the SOW reviews, requirements gathering, and initial prototype.
• Held requirement gathering sessions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Product Managers, to update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in order to reduce pain points and enhance the customer.
• Used Microsoft Visio as needed to diagram business process updates within SOPs and requirements for the Onboarding app. Created reports and templates to keep track of success measures for the Onboarding App., SOP.
• As SharePoint Administrator responsibilities included user creation and entitlement, creation of libraries and maintaining documentation that was current and accessible.

As a contractor for three separate product migrations, I implemented clients onto a new Payment card software system from internal bank software that was being sunsetted. I successfully managed a client base of Commercial Card organizations, varying in size, spend and customer scope. Each separate software migration consisted of approximately 4 yearly.
