FINANCIAL REPORTING• Responsible of preparation of IFRS, SPK and TTK financial statements on monthly, quarterly and annual basis• Preparation and analysis of segmented financial statements • Coordination and preparation of Board of Directors’ and management report, including operational and financial performance of the company • Meeting all audit requirements • Reengineering of company’s accounting, inventory and reporting processes; consulting ERP implementation process• Responsible of analysis of material financial accounts processes and detecting control points• Responsible of conducting merger & acquisition process, preparation of valuation reports and support top management’s decision processBUDGETING & PLANNING• Leading and preparation of company’s annual operating plan and budgeted financial statements on yearly and monthly basis, respectively.• Preparation of best estimated financial statements• Preparation of new projects’, campaigns’, tenders’ projected financial statements and executing feasibility studies • Reengineering of company’s budgeting processes and consulting Hyperion REVENUE MANAGEMENT• Generating company’s revenue data from different sources and preparation of segmented revenue • Analysis of segmented revenue on monthly basis• Reengineering of company’s revenue management process GOVERNANCE OF FINANCIAL SYSTEMS • Governance of Oracle ERP, inventory management and Hyperion systems (demand and budget management)

Responsible of constructing internal audit infrastructure within the Company and implementing internal audit procedures and policies effectively (includes SOX compliance)
