Responsible for network infrastructure team supporting Ardagh locations worldwide. Our team has global responsibility for network services at our Data Centers, Offices, Production and Warehouses in all four regions. Additionally we are responsible for telephony services for both Cisco and Teams EV.

Responsible for overseeing Network Infrastructure team in the Americas. (Zscaler, IT/OT Segmentation, WAN/LAN, Wireless, Global Backbone)

Responsible for overseeing Data Center and Security teams in the Americas.

Team Lead for Central Network Services responsible for global data centers in 9 countries.

Team Lead for WAN/LAN group in North America supporting 2 Data Centers and 120 sites across Canada, US and Mexico.

Manage Enterprise Application servers in a Microsoft/Novell and Unix Environment. Design, install, optimize and troubleshoot core network infrastructure including Cisco routers, switches and firewalls. Perform capacity planning and performance analysis for network infrastructure. Develop and implement standards, procedures, and processes for network systems and maintain network systems documentation. Provide tier II network system support. Monitor and manage network systems to provide stable dependable network systems across multiple platforms.

Provided network support for small to medium sized businesses: hardware upgrades and deployment of servers and workstations; management of customer databases (SQL, Access, Paradox, FoxPro); ensuring network connectivity; management of firewalls, Antivirus applications, and security updates. Administering and trouble shooting Active Directory, Exchange, Terminal Services; monitoring server performance and network utilization for optimal performance and security breaches; installation and maintenance of Cisco, Intel, and 3Com routers, switches and wireless access points.
