After spending two decades as a coder, project manager and people manager, it seemed fit to be part of the Sales Organization to further enhance the breadth of experience in the communications industry . Interacting with the customer to understand their requirement and being an orchestrator reaching out to multiple internal teams for quote to cash realization and Handling Post Sales Operations ( Contract renewal , Billing issues, MACDs, Service Management triggers) were some of the Account Management Responsibilities that i have handled for few of the AT&T Key wireline and wireless customers.

As part of the Solution COE, the effort is focussed on providing cost models to the sales team , enhancing the existing cost model to reflect the current environment and to expand the current scope of the team to include AT&T Transformative solutions. Part of the effort is to realize savings( in MUSD) on the current supplier spend .

As an Area Manager of the presales quote and Service Delivery Center for the Third Party Transport Centre of Excellence(TCOE) , I am responsible for leading a team of presales quote and Service Delivery professionals who provide daily excellence with a personal touch . The TCOE quote and SD teams are responsible for providing quotes and deliver the access and communication transport services that are not part of the AT&T branded services. The 5Ps of Purpose , People , Process , Performance and Planning provide the inputs to fuel team dynamics and daily operations moving us towards achieving organizational priorities .

Responsible for leading the Disposition team in its formative years between 2010 and 2012 by defining the strategy and translating it into daily operations . The Disposition team comprised of Business Managers who analysed the inventory of Third party transport services to find optimal transport arrangements to deliver similar services over ATT infrastructure , improved performance and price points. In 2012 I was instrumental in setting up the Quote team and defined the processes and performance metrics that resulted in a well managed team that churned high quality presales quotes as they collaborated with the different stake holders within the organization. In 2016 I was tasked with the additional responsibility of the TBS ( Third party Billing Strategy) team , this team was setup from its inception to defining the daily operations .This resulted in defining standard approach to billing and impacting revenue by identifying gaps in the billing solution. Overall during this tenure i was responsible for grooming leaders who are successfully leading the disposition and TBS teams and impacting AT&T revenues positively.

My tenure at Wipro gave me exposure to critical facets of the software industry like Project Management and Business Development.Although mastery in these is time dependant i have benefitted immensely by the exposure to it.

This company Axes Technologies, now Tech Mahindra is where i got the opportunity to start my career in Telecom software as a developer and designer. Also i could meet some of the best minds in the industry.
