PPO received from the Company!!-Worked on an advanced optical-based Experimental Stress Analysis Technique called Digital Photoelasticity, which uses image-based algorithms to analyze stress fields in specimens. -Digital Photoelasticity includes RGB Photoelasticity and the Phase Shifting Technique. Implemented algorithms for both techniques on a disc under diametrical compression, verifying results against analytical and FEM results. Applied the RGB technique to corning injection molding products to study residual stresses under various manufacturing conditions, providing insights into the impact of these conditions.- Proposed a novel algorithm for Isocromatic Unwrapping in the Phase Shifting Technique and developed a pix2pix GAN to potentially replace traditional methodologies in photoelasticity.
