Act as a genuine internal business consultant by recommending strategic improvements and innovation toward increased efficiency and simplicity of service delivery. Identify and support new service to offer to our customer to increase our commercial advantage.Oversee the execution and successful delivery of projects within the regional Professional Services team, as per defined profitability criteria.Provide technical expertise regarding project design, architecture, implementation to different solutions implemented in regions. Collaborate on the implementation and governance of processes and tools that drive and monitor the projects execution to ensure profitability based on financial KPIs and resource forecast. Support the Pre-Sales team in identifying solutions promoting standard functionality, impacts on ongoing projects, and mitigating risks for Trace One.
