Managing a case load of 25 clients and attending regular individual and group supervisions.

• Managing and organizing the work of the BHC administrative team and large group of external subcontractors tasked with provision of different services. • Liaising with various local ministries and relevant agencies in connection with the BHC’s protocols and mandates. • Organizing numerous events, seminars, press conferences, and trainings including the BHC acclaimed Human of the Year award. Managing and coordinating the Amnesty International Summer Human Rights Camp with 80 participants and trainers from 30 different countries.• Participating as a psychologist in research activities within the BHC Research and Monitoring Program. (Fact-finding mission about several childcare institutions that were reported for malpractice and systematic abuse against children.)• Responsibility for smooth and efficient operation of the overall work processes in the office,recruitment of new personnel, creating a friendly environment for the staff, and accommodating environment for special needs staff.

Coordination of European Union funded project “Pan European monitoring System on trafficking in human beings”, translating documents, assistance on web-based system creation, organization and participating in trainings & conferences, and providing reports.
