Sibi is the Founding Director of Quadance Technologies, a Robotic Process Automation(RPA), Testing & Test Automation consulting company. He comes with more than 11 years’ experience in the Automation industry, cutting across Insurance, Manufacturing and Medical domains. A post graduate from BITS Pilani, Sibi has worked towards delivering test automation projects for Sony, Cisco and Medtronics and has played an important role in developing internal solutions for the Testing Centre of Excellence in Wipro Technologies. He has played a key role in setting up the test automation CoE for Allianz UK and also has been involved in developing Proof of Concepts and setting up RPA CoE for the insurance major. During his tenure with Allianz, he has been the ‘Employee of the Year’ of Allianz Technology in 2015, has won the ‘Most valuable innovation’ award of Allianz UK and is a 2 times winner and 1 time runner up in the Allianz UK innovation awards. He was also the finalist in the ‘European Software Testing’ awards in the category, Testing Innovator of the Year.Sibi is a passionate and committed individual, and enjoys spotting and nurturing young talent in the industry and has mentored and developed high performing test and business process automation teams. With his strong technical knowledge on different automation tools, he is now supporting organizations define their Test Automation and RPA strategy.
