Senior UX/UI design on Atlassian's 2 flagship products JIRA and Bitbucket. Responsible for designing the integrations, upgrade paths, new features and touch points between the 2 products. Also worked on the future product concept team. As part of a triad, I helped shape the direction for a team of 17+ developers.

Worked with a great team of UXers on projects for the Department of Family and Community Services,Telstra Telecommunications, Commbank and Macquarie Bank. Responsible for customer interviews,workshop facilitation, journey maps, prototyping paper and digital. Production of MVPs using true agileprocesses.

Responsible for the design and development of all websites for Pulse clients. Designer and overseer ofall digital offerings (eDM and Banners Ads). Clients include Natural Gas, News Limited, GIA, Navitas,UWSCollege, NSW Compensation Lawyers and Willoughby City Council.

I produced numerous websites with a client list including Isle of Man Government and Manx Radio.I have also worked together with renowned illustrator Darren Whittington as the animator for projects for:Orange Mobile Phone Company. I was responsible for the smooth running of a team of employees and contractors. My main duties involved the development and maintenance of the core systems for the social interaction websites.

I worked for large corporate clients on a variety of disciplines. I set up and maintained digital advertising screens for the Isle of Man airport and sea terminal, including the creation of numerous adverts (clients included Barclays Bank, The Post Office, Singer and Friedlander, HSBC and the Isle of Man Government). I was also head of Web and multimedia, and project managing within that discipline.

I designed various aspects of web pages for CNDL Group from navigational methods to Flash animations and illustrated content. I gained a good grounding in all aspects of web design and produced web pages from start to finish. I also worked on several print jobs and contributed to producing treatment concepts for large clients as part of a team. (clients included The Basic Skills Agency, Computeach, Orange and The Regional Development Agency).
