The primary function of my job is to prepare documents needed for real estate closings. My duties include ensuring title issues are cleared prior to closing, creating and balancing closing statements (HUDs and/or Closing Disclosures), obtaining lien and mortgage payoffs, obtaining estoppel letters, researching property taxes, accepting escrow deposits, ordering surveys, preparing Title commitments and policies and assisting clients.
