Current- Responsible for online business strategy in collaboration with all relevant product and marketing managers. The strategy will set out all brands and products the company will offer online, prices and any relevant policies.- Identifying correct the target market so that the team can develop online marketing campaigns to attract more visitors and increase online sales.- Work with the Group IT department, designers, website developers and content providers, to create or improve all E-Commerce sites.- Ensuring that the site is easy to use and navigate, and that it includes all the functions that visitors need to select, order and pay for products. In addition, they should stay up to date with web technology, introducing additional functionality as it becomes available to enhance the site.- Monitoring team for checking site content and systems regularly to ensure that they are working properly as well as updating prices and product information, adding new products or removing products that are no longer available.- Monitor web analytics and internal data sources, prepare reports and analyze conversion numbers and developing SEO/PPC Strategy/Marketing Plans
