Senior Project Manager
Current- Managing multiple projects and initiatives in a programme with matrix staff management for programme delivery purposes.
- Budgeting & Financial Control Executive reporting/communication (cost, change control, project highlights, issues/concerns etc.)
- Planning and organizing of project activities and tasks (what, when and resources) of approved project initiatives across multiple delivery departments and vendors
- Solutions Testing Life Cycle oversight prior and during implementation
- Change Impact management across teams/areas in a controlled manner (ensure Training materials and /or user guides etc.)
- Stakeholders and managing expectations and partnerships
