QC reviews and/or edits content to ensure timely, accurate, high-quality deliverables in compliancewith standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, guidance documents, and both companyand client expectations.Verifies data and deliverable completeness, internal consistency, and consistency with related sources.Confirms editorial accuracy, including spelling, punctuation, grammar, syntax, preferred word usage,and adherence to applicable writing conventions/styles.Attends meetings and participates as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team.Maintains clear lines of communication with team members and agency partners.Develops and maintains knowledge of corporate- and client-specific guidelines for the generation ofdeliverables, including SOPs, deliverable-specific templates, and writing conventions/styles.Identifies trends in quality deficiencies and communicates findings, as appropriate.

Proof and edits clinical study reports, protocols, amendments, investigator's brochure, and other documents as needed, ensuring that company or client conventions, styles, and format and terminology have been used. Assists with the protocol publishing, TFL (tables, figures, listings) publishing. Assists in the compilation of an electronic version of the final clinical study report and the creation of associated PDF files. Perform bookmarking and hyperlinking of the final PDF of the clinical study report prior to client receipt and do QC checks as needed.
