Our Results:• SPUD became Western Canada’s largest taste-forward, local, healthy foods and products ecommerce/in-store retailer and Canada's #1 venue to launch new and exciting healthy food products.• Our online channel average order size increased by +65% in a single year (+75% at peak) – the biggest basket in the industry's sector and the best online channel basket performance in the company’s history, all while returning more points and rewards to customers than ever before.• Our online channel's orders-per-week rose +21% in less than 18 months, defying all market trends.• Our CAC to LTV ratios went from nil to 104x in the first 18 months of our turnaround.• Our Cost Per Order was cut by almost 40% in the first year, and another 10% in the next 6 months to now lead the market. • Our retail stores broke all company records (repeatedly!) to become the best-performing revenue-per-square-foot grocery stores in Western Canada. • We moved away from silos and towards modernization with a common way of working that cut overhead and SG&A costs from more than $60M to less than that $8M in 18 months. • Our engagement strategy, transparency in management and #OneTeam approach helped decrease full-time team member turnover from 50% to < 10%.• We moved from 3-year losses of ($20M), ($28M) and est.
