Guest Relations Officer
Current- Provides customer service by attending to specific requests / complaints from guests.
- All efforts are to be made to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction by taking cognisance of unique needs and requests and at all times to ensure that customer service value is held in the highest regard.
- Receiving and updating of guest information, requests and preferences on Opera
- Compile and send daily log sheeto Guest Questionnaires: o Capturing of daily scoresheets on report template, analysing scores and results in order to recognise problem areas in the business. o Liaising with guests.
- Assist guests with any administrative requests such as printing, scanning, faxing, laminating and binding
- Assisting with daily transport functions such as charging, coordinating and booking of transfers
