Course ProjectEnterprise PACS design (BME 527-Integration of Medical Imaging System)• Designed a network infrastructure diagram that will support an Enterprise PACS across the entire four sites academic institution health campus.• Identified Single Point of Failure (SPOF) within the environment and provided possible Fault-Tolerant Solutions for the SPOF’s.Reconstructed CT images (BME 525-Advanced Biomedical Imaging)• Finished CT images reconstruction by emulating CT filtered back projection and Fourier slice theorem in MATLABDesigned a neural stimulator for tissue (BME 650-Biomedical Measurement and Instrumentation)• Simulated a design of neural stimulator and tested the response of the stimulated tissue in LTspice• Generated positive and negative pulses in picturesque disorder by using Howland circuit model and NE555 Timers.Modified the Grodins Model (BME 501-Advanced Topics in Biomedical Systems)• Modified the classic respiration Grodins model by replacing controller equation to demonstrate the ability of this model in predicting periodic breathing observed in heart failure.• Programmed on MATLAB by using DDE 23 to solve the differential equations with time delay. Plotted the changes of several physiological parameters，including FACO2, central ventilation and peripheral ventilation，for different cardiac output.Signal and System Analysis (BME 513-Signal and System Analysis)• In terms of the LTI system, analyzed the autocorrelation, cross-correlation, power spectrum, transfer function, impulse response function, predicted output and the predicted error between the WGN input and its output.
