I setup and led the Cross-Meta Support organisation across London, Menlo Park, and Singapore. With a mission to help everyone get the most out of Meta, we're building Meta-scale support experiences for creators, advertisers, merchants, community builders and more, across all of Meta's products and services. Hired a team of 23 PMs including multiple Directors and Group PMs. Developed the org strategy, mission, and structure. Implemented cross-company operating models & frameworks. Drove a multi-org effort resulting in millions of extra users/yr successfully regaining access to their accounts who'd have otherwise been blocked. Launched and scaled high-touch live chat support for people unable to access their FB accounts. Responsible for allocating support-related headcount across Meta. • Issues: Get the highest priority support issues under control - starting with helping people locked out of their FB and IG accounts.• Audiences: Identify and support critical audiences -- starting with creators and advertisers.• Platform: Build and scale the universal support platform for Meta: a reliable, scalable, chat-first enterprise-class customer support platform handling tens of thousands of agents, and hundreds of thousands of cases/wk.

Lead the Integrity org in London. Supporting the teams responsible for reduce harmful experiences across Facebook, Instagram and Messenger, including: fake & abusive accounts, account takeover, impersonation & misrepresentation, identity verification, child safety, bullying & harassment, fraud & scams, suicide & self-injury, adult sexual exploitation, and health misinformation.Accountable for product strategy & execution, building the org, and representing our work to external stakeholders e.g. governments, regulators, non-profits, and Meta's advertisers.

Designed to support multiple platforms: web, iOS, Android and connected TVs.BBC Flow: an attempt to build a personalized homepage based on your likes and interests, and the content recommended by friends within the BBC and on social networks.BBC Social Tools: A unified sharing interface for use across BBC sites like News, Weather, Sport and iPlayer.BBC iPlayer: Focussed on improving content discovery beyond 'featured' and 'popular' content listings though showing you content friends had watched.

Lead the front-end team that built the websites for the BBC's 10 national radio networks and for special events such as The Proms, Glastonbury and Later... with Jools Holland.Built the BBC Podcasts directory for iOS and relaunched BBC iPlayer Radio with a new design and faster, more reliable backend.
