Main responsibilities; Answering basic queries such as how much is remaining on balance, when interest rate finishes etc.Processing paymentsChanging customer details such as, address, name, direct debit details.Ordering mortgage statements, COI’s, Redemption statements and any other paperwork/correspondence needed.Checking eligibility for term extensions, converting payment types (interest only, repayment), being able to switch products etc. and checking updates on the listed processes.Liaising with 3rd party contacts such as, solicitors, brokers, personal reps; for charge releases, redemptions, general account updates, bereavement issues.Working with vulnerable customers and ensuring we exhaust all resources we have to help them with their mortgage journey.Complaint handling Outbound calling when needed Show less
