• Part of the pre-opening team at ‘Capital Triumph’- Valuable contributions to successful open the first Triumph dealership in North India.• Successfully sold 50 + Triumph motorcycles in a 1 year time span. Worked with Barclay card's collections process in an inbound contact centre dealing with various credit card payments and related queries for customers in the United Kingdom and assisting customers with various payment plan options in case of financial difficulty using specialized softwares

Telecom New Zealand is now known as Spark New Zealand. This was a contractual assignment- primary responsibility was to assess the possibility of broadband connection’s for Telecom New Zealand’s customers using specialized softwares like OOT(Online Order Tracking) and ICMS(dos based). Performed attenuation, decibel and a host of other checks to ascertain whether a new broadband request would successfully work or not in any particular location in New Zealand.
