CurrentLocal 1st in Command and company representative accountable for managing operations, liaison services, and field service support for the design and development of unmanned aerial vehicles and flight targets used to train and certify Army Reserves, National Guard, and allied countries.Coordinate with U.S. and foreign military assets to build, install, and operate targets used for Air and Missile Defense, C-RAM, and Stinger target acquisition testing and certification exercises.Serve as Mission Lead on missions both stateside and overseas, including in South Korea, Turkey, and Israel.Strictly control all inventories and administrative processes. Document detailed requirements for operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures. Generate After Action Reports (AARs) for each exercise.Ensure that all federal government, military, and company safety protocols are in place and adhered to.Develop solutions to meet governmental and military program standards, including utilizing off-the-shelf systems and components to adjust targeting payloads and meet test criteria.
