My career began with working in Churches as a youth pastor. This gave me opportunity to work with people from a plethora of different walks of life. To the surprise of many, pastoring youth requires a great deal of organization, planning, and administration alongside teaching and counseling. During that time I developed those teaching and administrative skills and excelled in them.Eventually, I landed in a family-owned architectural woodwork mill as the administrative assistant. In this role I honed my accounting, organizational, and process-building skills and gained exposure to every aspect of the business administration. These experiences allowed me to work well independently and develop a discipline and focus toward process-building and efficiency. All together these skills and traits have led to the establishment of Fields' Administrative Services. Fields' Administrative Services provides remote administrative and bookkeeping support to small business owners to take off their plate the tasks that must be done but bog them down. This opens time for small business owners to focus on tasks that move their business forward or invest in their families.
