Spearheading Base-SW function development on a Zone control ECU. Creation of technology roadmap for customer vision and converting it into work-products for internal teams and external partners. Technical leadership for international cross-functional teams in Germany, Romania and Singapore with more than 30 team members. Responsible for reporting to customer and management, tracking and escalation mangement.

Delegated to India to bring-up and mentor support teams for SW development offshoring. Technical responsible for development and architecture in the area of In-car communication and Gateway functions. Lead two teams with more than 20 developers to deliver end-to-end functions on a complex automotive domain controller.

Software development and Integration of Motor control ECUs. Software Architect of award-winning intelligent door system platform and Window Lifter library platform.

Selected as one of the Drive trainees to start their career journey at Continental. Progeam consisted of three assignments of eight months each, including an international assignment, ensure an early involvement in real projects, a high degree of responsibility and a deep insight into tasks, processes and structures. Worked at Markdorf as SW-developer and later at Shanghai as SW-Technical project leader.
