Continued to support these products through the various stages of their product life cycle including stable production where the parts remain today.•Managed two telecommunication accounts (~$7M annual combined) in addition to the aerospace programs.

• Collaborated with my engineering colleagues to introduce and qualify a Fuji surface mount manufacturing line, focusing on printing, fine-pitch placement and reflow.• Partnered with other engineering colleagues to modify our quotation/rate model creating a tool that provided greater quotation accuracy as well as detailed rate information that improved production management’s planning capability and developed and rolled out a new standardized manufacturing documentation system in support of the migration from an OEM to an EMS company. • Implemented and supported thru-hole manufacturing equipment and processes for pcba including development and roll out of all new and revised machine programs and maintenance procedures as well as training of all machine operators and maintenance personnel. • Served as member of the Design Change Control Board, capital and expense coordinator, ESD coordinator for the Winnipeg facility and member of the corporate steering committee on ESD.
