During my time with the company, we operated lounges based in Heathrow, Gatwick, Edinburgh, Stansted and Birmingham with a workforce of 250 employees. The company has been awarded Coolbrand status for three consecutive years, and in 2015 was named as a 100 Best Companies 'One to watch'. I was appointed by the CEO as Head of Operations to lead the vision and implement an integrated logistics function and streamline the operational division of the group to improve efficiencies, raise standards and reduce costs, controlling an annual budget of c.£6m. I also re-developed the supply chain to provide the Food and Beverage to all lounges by centralising the production and logistics, allowing for efficient delivery into an airport environment.I later became Head of Projects to oversee the £6m capital development of new and upgraded lounges within Gatwick Airport as part of the company's expansion programme.

National Youth Theatre is the leading platform for showcasing young British talent. It is an ambitious and dynamic youth art’s charity that discovers epic talent and invests in the creative, personal and social development of a diverse and complex range of young people. For 60 years it has been a vibrant home for artistic creativity, innovation and expression that motivates, disciplines and empowers young people through theatre and associated arts.During my time with the charity, I developed an implemented the strategy to transform the organisation from a perceived “elitist” London-centric drama organisation to an inclusive talent driven national organisation integrating a series of progression paths from open access programmes to high-end performance opportunities in a range of disciplines. Annually, the organisation reached approx. 20,000 young people from all backgrounds.I orchestrated a financial strategy which balanced the organisations books, having been in deficit for several years, by increasing grant funding, broadening the funding mix and increasing the appeal of the organisation to new funders and commercial opportunities. This included increasing the reach of auditions throughout the country and restructuring the auditions, course based work and commercial opportunities. I also developed the online systems for national auditions which enabled greater numbers to participate.
