I’ve founded and currently direct two companies. You can read about these in the information below. Essentially, I do training and consulting all over the world, for organizations, individuals and other training and consulting firms. I train trainers and consultants along with my other professional activities.In addition to the US and Canada, I’ve worked most extensively in the UK, Singapore, Malaysia, China and Romania. Here in the US I’ve worked with many small businesses and organizations, as well as large ones including Jackson National Life Insurance, DuPont Pharmaceuticals, Habitat for Humanity, Shell, ConocoPhillips, Case New Holland and Intel. I also worked with partners for Maersk Sealand in eight countries. In Singapore I’ve been conducting a wide variety of training, design and consulting services for over 25 years. These include in-house NLP training programs for major regional and international corporations like Singapore Airlines, Western Digital, Applied Materials, SAP, Singapore Technologies, Yokogawa Electric, National Computer Systems, The National University of Singapore and SingHealth. Also many government agencies, schools at all levels, banks, hospitals and social service agencies. I’m also the author of five books on education and business, and the co-author of another on writing, as well as many papers & articles.I was originally trained as a psychotherapist, in both social work and psychology when I was in school. I hold a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from The Professional School of Psychological Studies, as well as a Masters in Social Work from Tulane University, where I also did my undergraduate work in psychology. In 1977 I discovered the newly emerging field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Early on I carved out specialties in the areas of education, training, and writing, in addition to psychotherapy applications, using the latest technology from this constantly advancing field. I’ve worked as a researcher, trainer, and consultant to professionals, hospitals, schools, clinics, businesses, government agencies and professional athletes for over 40 years.
