Currently looking after East Waikato Maintenance Project in regards to Planning, Programming, budgeting, organizing crew and subcontractors.Responsible for Programming the tasks for the annual works Organizing resources like plant, material and crew for the daily work schedules in the most cost effective mannerLiaising with sub contractors like TTM, Line marking and other asphalt crews to get the job done.Focusing on Cost to completes for every project and months end involving claims.Creating PO and other minor admin works to get the work going smoothly.Abiding by the health and safety guidelines and preparing ITP and JSEA documents for the crews for specific sites as per clients documents. Forecasting the annual/monthly/bi-monthly costs before hand to get the project completed in cost effective manner. Liaising with clients and consultants regarding the daily work activities.Also, responsible for conducting weekly plant inspection and auditing the sites.

As a NCE, I was involved in various activities covering the broad network of east Waikato.I dealt with Customer complaints, interacted with public regarding any maintenance issues. Participated in monitoring the network which involves duty of care, identifying defects and later programming it into RAMM software. Also participated in on-call duties on roster basis - Tasks involving responding to emergency situations on any State Highways in the east Waikato region. Assisting the on call team to resolve the issues and closing up the ticket through ATOC.Conducted monthly audit along with an independent auditor to get the OPM results along with the KPI scores.
