Architected the below key strategic projects to accommodate internal and external providers like Lyft, Uber and others to manage on-demand and fixed route services.Passenger Portal: With division specific customization to spun off passenger portal for multiple divisions and with multiple time zones for creating and scheduling on-demand rides in few hrs using angular.js, jwt and Oauth2 with google and Facebook.Operational portal: To manage runs, trips, vehicles, passengers, reconciliation and reports. The list is expanding with the same base architecture. To manage individual or multiple divisions based on the access roles using .net core, C#, MVC, angulat.js, EF with active directory authentication.Mobile APPs: Native Driver APP to perform the trips by the driver using the android app with push notification capability and Passenger APP to reserve and manage trips by end users. Identified all the software languages and tools to be used for the development, bug tracking, database, logging and deployment. Working with partners and external vendors to integrate with OneMV and Flexfleet. Created integrated database architecture to accommodate third-party solution engines.  Authentication with Oauth2 providers like Google, Facebook, amazon & twitter, with SAML2 providers like Shibboleth and with active directory for operations portal. Designed Push notification in AWS to use in Passenger and Driver APPs. Secure API’s using C# for portals and APPS Paying particular attention to simplicity, scalability and maintainability. Mentoring developers.
