I worked on the Assembly Process team at HAM. I used MOST, which I learned during my time at Accenture, to audit processes on the assembly line. After auditing these processes, I would go into the Honda software and update any changes that needed to be made. Overall I was able to save approximately 1 minute per unit on the overall time of assembly. Another project of mine was to analyze downtime data on the assembly line. I started by asking associates on the line questions about why downtime occurred and which part of the process was causing the most downtime. After collecting data and gathering information from the associates, I met with upper level management to give suggestions on how to reduce downtime.

During my time at Accenture, I was trained in the applications of MOST, and became a certified MOST applicator. I was also trained in the Fundamentals of a Lean Workplace which includes 5-S: The Foundation, Best Methods, Setup Reduction, and Workflow Design.
