I am a Senior Operations Manager with EPCOR in charge of the Pumpwells group of Drainage Services, and have 28 years of progressive experience in engineering and utility management. I have been involved in many key initiatives for Drainage Services including Approval negotiation and reporting to Alberta Environment, sewage rate changes, long range sanitary and storm sewer system planning, combined sewer overflow control, stormwater quality improvements, implementing an ISO14001 System and long range capital budget planning. I have helped to develop affordable solutions for new development areas. I have also negotiated agreements between Edmonton and surrounding municipalities as well as with city unions.
