My first client was a UK-based banking and financial services organization for whom I wrote customer journeys. The journeys were primarily for the Hong Kong and the UK market.My second client was a US-based fintech company as a Tech Writer where I generated documentation for their services including working capital management, dynamic discounting, and electronic invoicing.I'm now working with a Big Four Accounting firm where I initially helped generate their migration guidelines for a planned split. The key software we used daily was the Microsoft Office suite along with Azure DevOps. I'm now assisting the firm in creating a learning repository for all the prepared guidelines. We generate Word docs, PowerPoints, and videos depending on the client requirement.Furthermore, I'm actively involved in content creation in Globant, both for our marketing event DMNext, along with the required social media promotional activities.I've presented "The Rise of Dark Social" and the "Cookie Apocalypse" at our company events. I've also been a facilitator for other events such as ExperienceNXT.

I led the generation of e-video and e-learning storyboards for a prominent global pharmaceutical company. They were based on client procedures and processes with occasional application and software components. I prepared PowerPoint presentations for medical marketers. The medical marketers then contacted health care professionals who prescribed the company products.

I gathered information from SME’s, secondary research, and previous documentation. I generated recorded interviews on Cisco WebEx and prepared Standard Operating Procedures for internal company processes by using both Microsoft Word and Microsoft Visio for flowcharts.

I wrote report articles, blogs, marketing collaterals, and press releases after conducting secondary research for the Information Technology and Automotive sectors. Additionally, other areas of writing focus was on chemicals, healthcare, industrial automation, food & beverages, packaging, consumer goods, and healthcare. I generated 'Impact Analysis' documents that provided a holistic picture on the market for a particular commodity that required a greater degree of secondary research and analysis.

I was involved with search engine optimization, keyword research, original content generation, editing, refining, and management of a smartphone comparison website.

I worked in the Accounts Receivable department handling collections. My key responsibilities were daily remittance entries in SAP B1, monthly bank reconciliation, tax deduction reconciliation of domestic clients, foreign inward remittance certificate (FIRC) follow-up, and point of contact (POC) for all related inquiries. I handled invoice generation for a client along with maintenance of purchase order and invoice master sheet.
