Setting up and managing a pop up record store in Dalston. Managing a team of 4 to run events including DJ sets, live performances and talks.

Within this job I am responsible for buying stock for Rough Trade's two stores in London as well as Nottingham, Bristol and exporting to New York. I have also been buying for large festivals across this summer including Womad, Green Man and End Of The Road. Having to work to budgets and deadlines with various people around the world in order to ensure.

This included importing stock from across the world and distributing it effectively between our 4 shops in the UK and 1 in Brooklyn, NY. I also had to lead marketing campaigns for releases, merchandise large areas of the shop dedicated to these releases and promote sales online via radio shows and social media output.
