Begun my tenure at T-Rex Services as Assistant Operation Manager as the company was growing at a rapid rate. T-Rex owned and operated one of the largest fleets of Hydro Excavation Units in the Gulf Coast Area. In this role, I assisted with creating/improving workflow, sales orders, workorders and was instrumental in the creation of our software program designed for dispatch, invoicing and monitoring the revenue/cost daily.Then transitioned to Inside Sales/Business Development as the company continued to have successful growth. My 20 years of industry experience was instrumental in the Inside Sales Role. Bidding and being awarded millions of dollars in projects each year. Completing most projects within ten percent of estimated cost and averaged a ninety-five percent rate of completion below NTE amounts.As General Manager, overseen the day to day operations of the company. Responsible for both revenue and cost elements of the company's income statement. Report to Higher Management or Executives if margin are below budget or projections. Also continued to maintain client relationships to continue growth.

This role including managing fleet of eight Hydrovacs, employees within the division, generating sales, providing oversight on jobs, managing DISA/safety program for the division and controlling cost with increase in margins year over year.
