My Mayor Duties:To Interpret and implement the organizations policies related to all resources utilized in, providing an efficient Store Operation and planning for an effective and efficient Store Operation. At the same time Solving client and team issues in an efficient manner. Train and coach the team to provide effective leadership and guidance always. Ensuring that administrative systems and procedures are suitable for efficient store Operation and most of all make sure the store is meeting the targets and earning profits.
