During my period at Hose Power, I excelled from Counter Sales to Operations Manager within a year and a half. I witnessed the facility I was managing from Grand opening to $80,000.00 and still climbing after 16 years. This was achieved with a 3 man crew including myself. I credit this accomplishment to the hard work and dedication of my crews. My daily duties included conducting customer service over the counter and over the phone sales. Identify and Fabricate new hose assemblies. Maintain the facility. Reorder stock. Pull Sales Orders. Check outbound orders. Ship any orders if needed via UPS and/or truck. Invoice Orders. Assist Corporate requests. Conduct yearly Inventories. Maintain 9,000 stocked SK-U's, with over 14,000 SK-U's in our system.In 2006, I was promoted to our company's first official Trainer, and was tasked with putting together a training program and deliver to our employees, and to our customers who requested this service. It was my responsibility to train and ensure our employees were identifying and correctly assembling Hydraulic and Industrial Hose Assemblies. This position required me to travel across the Southwest at Mine sites, Fracking Operations, to Rental Companies. This even required me to set-up the Hose Assembly area at New sites, from setting up the parts list, to all the tooling and shelving.In 2010, I was them promoted to the Company's first Corporate Operations Manager. this position required me to still maintain the training demand, but this included conducting Inventories at all branches, filling in any key positions that needed coverage till they where filled. Cleaning up areas that needed attention. Designing and setting up new locations, from stock to shelving, and equipment and tooling. This position as well required large amounts of traveling.
