The Employment and Training Specialists II classification is the journey level professional position assigned to the Operations Unit at WorkForce Central. This classification provides professional level and comprehensive case management for youth who are looking for employment and/or training or who are serving in internships.The ETS II provides professional and comprehensive services to participants/customers and tracks participant funding and maintains participant files in accordance with WorkForce Central policies, procedures and practices. This classification performs a variety of duties and program responsibilities that require professional expertise and that utilize advanced skills in casework management, counseling, outreach,planning, budgeting, instructing, writing, practical computer use and community service.
