Sid Siddiqui Background and Summery. I founded ISIS Mortgages & Finance Partnership in 1994 and I originally ran the operation from my home, but moved to the business section of Burnley when I outgrew my home based operation. In 2004 The Company rented an office in a busy business centre and in 2008 Isis Mortgages & Finance Partnership started trading as Isis Mortgages & Finance Ltd. the company purchased a new office building in the high street. Over the course of the last 18 years has built up its customer database from few hundreds to over 4,000 clients on both residential mortgages and general personal insurance. I have always been registered with the regulatory bodies of MCCB and then the FSA (FSA ref: 465440) and has always conducted all of my business within the regulatory guidance in addition I passed all the required qualification to conduct the mortgages and the insurance business, in addition to the above ISIS is current members of NACFB and AMI, and to ensure full compliance with the regulator rules and guidance we have outsourced our compliance consultancy to EQI consultancy who have a team with a wealth of experience from a variety of key industry areas including the FSA, Financial Ombudsman Service, IFA Networks, Providers and Directly Authorised IFA Practices. I have sold the Company to my Co Director on 1st April 2011 and now concentrating in Financial Consultancy business.
