I have a wealth of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Development, Consultancy and Construction. I am well versed with the need for organisations to continually invest to develop a greater understanding of their client’s strategy, organisational drivers and critical success factors to achieve synergies enabling delivery of best value solutions and maximise investment benefits.Advancement and disruption will continue at pace and organisations will need to be strategic, lean, agile and responsive to meet challenges of customer demand. Technology will be a major driver of change and I take a keen interest in the developing Prop-Tech and Disruptive Technologies.My last twenty years have focussed on the Public Sector with an emphasis on UK Healthcare Frameworks and the last decade encompasses the role of Principal and then Director of Advisory Services managing a team of consultants providing a range of services to both public and private clients.I have also taken added responsibility as, Project Director for the design solution development for the Royal Liverpool Hospital PFI and reconfiguration of Mental Health Services Swansea, Bid Director for a Strategic Estates Partnership (SEP)with a top 10 NHS Trust followed by a General Manager role and Director of the Property Solutions Company and contributing to securing two further SEP relationships with our JV Partner. More widely, I am the Framework Director on the NHS SBS National Consultancy Framework and the Car Park Design, Build, Finance Operate Frameworks established by NHS SBS and PAGABO.My Consultancy team delivered commissions which included; Healthcare Planning, Business Cases, Estate Transformation Plans, Estates Strategy, Programme Management, Design Reviews, PFI Scheme Development, Investable Project Solutions, Estate Migration Plans, Equipment Scheduling, Design Standardisation, Planning and Managing Land Disposals.The Consulting unit also assisted Interserve Groups FM, Development and Health Services businesses to secure and deliver opportunities.In my earlier career, I was selected as Regional Lead for initiatives to introduce Total Quality Management principles, achieve accreditations for Quality & Environmental Management, recognition as an Investor in People and adopt the EFQM Excellence Model throughout the business.
