Quality Assurance Manager for Georgia's Ambient Air Monitoring Network which includes approximately 40 sites in 30 counties across Georgia. Each year, this network generates almost 700,000 data values -- combined with underlying metadata this amount swells to well over 2 million values. Independent audit oversight for collection, data validation, and quality assurance for this environmental data set.Predictive modeling for environmental forecasts.Develop, oversee, and update our network's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPPs), and Quality Management Plan (QMP). Key deliverables include correction action & preventative action (CAPA) plans; Data uptime; Enhanced automation of data input, analysis, management, and output along with automation of the metrics associated with each facet.

Project manager for data migration to new SQL based database for collection, storage, analysis, and reporting for our pollution monitoring network generating over 2 million data points per year. Data mining and automated validating procedures were developed to manage this data volume. Working with IT team, created unique forms and reporting tools to minimize data transcription errors on both import and export side. Oversaw data governance as tools were added to the platform.Manage a network of ambient air photochemical assessment monitors (PAMS), air toxics samplers (NATTS), and particulate matter samplers. Ensure data are meeting and exceeding regulatory requirements including all QC metrics.

Sample collection ranged from standardized testing to pollutant-specific and tailor made problem solutions.Extensive audit experience of environmental test data from many industries including pulp & paper manufacturing, specialty chemical manufacturing, power generation, substrate coating and painting applications.Other job duties entailed Air Permit reviews, compliance inspections, corrective actions, preventative actions, reporting tools, data analysis, and data reporting across a wide range of industries and customers.
