Premium Homemade works with hundreds of farmers in Uganda to bring value addition to the produce that they grow. Through this, Premium homemade supplies an extensive range herbs and spices as well as other packaged products.

In an effort to tackle deforestation in Uganda, I am working with the National Forest Authority to establish and manage trees in the Central Forest Reserve in Northern Uganda. We have planted over 150,000 trees in our first three years and aim to reach 500,000 trees by 2026, through a diverse range of species.

Since its inception, TransTel Ltd has grown to be one the largest electronic companies in Uganda, with an ever growing footprint.

Reducing costs through focusing on cost of sales and more efficient stock management practices.Calculated profit margins for all products in order to identify target areas of focus within the product range.
