Subordinate: 10 RF EngineersResponsibilities- Acting as antenna leader of R&D 2 department to support the projects from Motorola, Compal, Lenovo, TCL, Huawei, Inventec, BYD, and KYOCERA.- Take responsibility to enhance the RD2 antenna team's design capability, and work with project teams to meet the projects target at RF aspect.- Review antenna design and documentation, provide support to, or lead when necessary, project team to help communicate with customer as antenna expert.- Handle several very KEY overseas projects and make sure projects' target achieved.- Provide support to, or lead when necessary, RF engineer in solving production RF issue and customer complain for RD project.- Cooperate with RD leadership to plan and arrange RF engineers/technicians technical conference, seminars, training and weekly meeting.
