Have managed creative operations: hiring, training, appraisals, productivity management, of close to 2500 employees with varied skills: art, animation, editing, film, CGI, sound.Have collaborated with Disney in creation of Disney-BYJU’S Early Learn App (DBEL), directed Blippi (Stevin John) for 50+ episode series, created animation IPs for 2D and 3D animation production for kids (Tynker App, DBEL), collaborated with ICC for creating BYJU’S Sports Science, with Derek Muller (Veritasium) for our international products, setup full-fledged art & animation studio in Pune for scaling up production and was responsible for its P/L.Also driving usage of AI for content moderation and audits of live classes and sales calls for compliance and ethical selling, at scale.
