As a UX designer in cloud lending, my role is to transform complex financial workflows into seamless digital experiences. I design intuitive loan application and servicing processes, ensuring users can do the following:—from borrowers to lenders—can easily navigate tasks like document uploads—payment tracking—Loan management. Balancing functionality with a customer-first approach, I collaborate with product teams to ensure compliance with industry standards while enhancing user satisfaction. My work in cloud lending ultimately enables financial institutions to provide faster, more efficient services that improve both user engagement and business outcomes.

Projects Undertaken:1. Electrolite (Mobile App for EV Charging Infrastructure)Redesigned the mobile application, to improve the overall user experience, simplified the information architecture, and designed all the visuals. I also developed a Design System to encapsulate the patterns, visuals, colours, typography, and design components.2. Paydala (App for Payment Getaway) Designed a seamless and intuitive user experience for Paydala finance users. My focus was on making the application functionally and visually appealing by using appropriate colours, typography, and visual elements. My design ensured that the design is consistent across all screens and that the application is easy to use for users with different levels of experience and age groups.3. Gamma (SaaS app for Data Security)Designed a high-quality UI UX design for a SAAS Data Security desktop application to provide a secure user experience for B2B customers. The UI UX design of the application was based on a minimalist design philosophy, with a clean and simple interface that prioritised ease of use and intuitive navigation. The colour schemes were duly applied from existing brand guidelines.
