• Linux System administrator (Redhat|Solaris) Linux servers management• Routine activities (i.e. as per daily, weekly checklists, etc) to assess the node/service’s overall health and performance.• Periodic backups of nodes as per backup schedule.• Trouble Ticket (TT) handling• Reporting and Escalation of faults to Supplier Support (e.g. CSR handling and Fault Report)• Node and Functionality restoration during Emergencies• Plan and coordinate work activities such as upgrades, correction installation, etc with other teams in the O&M Organization and/or Suppliers• Generate system performance statistics (CPU load, Memory Load, etc) to asses overall health of nodes under supervision• Prepare and Implement configuration changes for end-user services• Prepare and Implement configuration changes for overall system/functionality improvement and/or optimization • Participate in New Node and/or New Service and/or Upgrade Projects together with Supplier (e.g. Network Rollout projects) as (i) an advisor and point of reference for operational feasibility, (ii) during the ATP, and (iii) to ensure a Quality Handover that focuses on maintainability and supportability of Node/Service. • Provide performance reporting with adequate information i.e. root-cause analysis, to enable the management to determine appropriate long-term improvements.• Participate in On-Call Schedule on rotational basis.• Platform Experience : Netact 18 Core & RAN, OSS RC 17A , ZTE, Traffica 16.5, ENIQ 17A, NPM 18, SOEM 16 ,Switch Commander 7, Netviewer, OMS, iOMS, Shared Server.

Tariff and Promotion: - Launch new promotion from Marketing regarding to the existing supported function - Support technical informationImplementation: - Acceptance test and support implementation project according to new hardware/new service/new function implementation Quality Improvement: - Quality improvement regarding to KPI target - Configuration optimization and Trouble shooting case- Analysis of traffic measurements and suggest /implement Optimization methodsSupport other departments: - Marketing: Corporate about new service/promotion and Problem/Complaint investigation- IT: About interface between VAS and IN, VOMS, SOA, BSCS, and CDR transfer - Revenue Assurance: Technical information support - Customer Care: Problem/Complaint investigation - Core Network: Technical support
