I believe I have gained a thorough understanding of Sri Lankan tourism from the fundamental level, supplemented by the practical knowledge I acquired at the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management.I have completed my bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a GPA of 3.29, a testament to my dedication and hard work.In the Human Resources Department, I perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately. Additionally, I provide clerical support to the HR department. I assist with payroll functions, including processing, answering employee questions, and correcting processing errors.
