This is a new role and new venture for Tallan and me, one with a very entrepreneurial bent. Over the next year, my key focus areas are on supporting and establishing Tallan's Data Science and AI practice, identifying, prioritizing, and bringing focused data and data science solutions to bring to market. • In this consulting role, I led the business intelligence and data warehouse practice for Central Texas. I generated innovative concepts with a team of data SMEs, and managed the sales pipeline for Austin-area BI.
• Launched BI practice and grew from zero account penetration and revenue in2008 to $2.8M in 2013.
• Created Agile BI delivery methodology and drove adoption, sales strategy,and delivery readiness.

• Technical lead of thirteen programmers; in charge of setting quality standards, peer reviews, tracking projects and deliverables and interfacing with our planning team on a day to day basis to manage programming.

• Dell International Servicest: We developed reporting that covered 32 Dell and outsource partner call centers across the globe, delivered up to the executive level and also used down on the front line to drive call.
• Successfully completed Yellow Belt BPI project and contributed to the success of a teammate’s Green Belt project. Time saved on my project equated to 35 hours of recovered productivity for programmers and analysts
• Completed my Green Belt BPI project on July 28, 2005, realizing $395,000 in cost deferred savings and contributing $1.2 million in soft dollar efficiencies to the Sales organization
